On September 10th 2013 I completed 13 curlups, 16 pushups, and on the 3-minute stepup test I completed 94 steps, my heart rate was ___bpm. On October 2nd I completed__ curlups, 20 pushups, and on the 3-minute stepup test I completed 96 steps, my heart rate was___bpm.
I improved on all aspects of my fitness test. I think that i improved because i workout at home about 2 or 3 days out of a week. I perform very well in the classroom also, especially on my upperbody excercises. I need more practice on my ab excercises because sometimes I improve on my curlups and sometimes I do not. I walk everyday during school and complete my stepup warmups during class.
I did try my best everytime on my fitness test.
